You can change your mind about anything you buy online from us, including sale pieces.
Your right to cancel
You have 14 days to cancel your order without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you name (not the courier), receive the pieces — or the day you collect them from the boutique. If your order arrives in parts, they start on the day you receive the last piece.
How to cancel
Tell us before the 14 days are up. Email info@opal.cy with your name and order number, or use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page. You don’t have to use the form.
Sending the pieces back
Send the pieces back, or bring them to the boutique, within 14 days of telling us. Bringing them to the boutique costs you nothing. If you post them, you pay the cost of sending them back. Please keep proof of postage.

Your refund
We refund everything you paid for the pieces you return, plus the standard delivery charge you paid when you return the whole order, within 14 days of hearing that you are cancelling. We may wait until we have the pieces back, or until you have shown us that you have sent them, whichever is sooner. We refund to the card you paid with, at no charge to you.
Looking after the pieces
You can try pieces on as you would in a shop. If a piece comes back worn, washed, damaged or without its labels, we may reduce your refund by the loss in its value.
Pieces that cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear bottoms and pierced earrings cannot be returned once their seal or hygiene strip has been removed. Pieces altered to your measurements at your request cannot be returned either. This does not affect your rights if a piece is faulty.
A different size
Return the piece for a refund and order the size you want, or bring it to the boutique and we’ll help you there.
