These terms apply when you buy from OPAL BOUTIQUE on this website. Please read them before you order. They do not affect your rights as a consumer under Cyprus and EU law.

Your order and our contract
Every price on this website is in euro and includes VAT. When you place your order you pay on the secure payment page of our payment provider, Viva.com; we never see your card details. Our contract with you is made when your payment is confirmed and we send you an order confirmation by email, with an order number beginning W-. Until then we have not accepted your order, and if your payment is not completed nothing is charged.
If a piece has just sold
Every piece is also on sale in the boutique. If a piece in your order sells in the boutique before your payment is confirmed, we cancel the order, refund the full amount to your card straight away, and email you to say so.
Delivery and collection
We deliver within Cyprus only. Delivery costs €5.00, and is free when your pieces come to €80.00 or more. You can also collect your order free of charge from the boutique; we email you when it is ready. We email you again when a delivery is handed to the courier. The risk in the goods passes to you when you, or someone you name, receive them.
Changing your mind
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. Our Returns page explains how, and includes a cancellation form.
If something is wrong with a piece
You have the legal guarantee of conformity: if a piece is faulty or not as described, tell us at info@opal.cy and we will repair or replace it, or give you a price reduction or a refund, as the law provides. This is in addition to your right to change your mind.

Complaints
Please contact us first at info@opal.cy; we will do our best to put things right. If we cannot agree, you can contact the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service (Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry).
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. As a consumer you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live.
